Default TantrumWerks has Brake Pads.....

Mintex Red Box for the Audi S4.

Front set (with wear sensors) $90

Rear set $45

These pads are the perfect choice for stock pad replacment. They can be used on standard, slotted, or slotted/cross-drilled rotors.

NOTE: not for track use!

Default What do you mean by not for track use?

I don't go to track often but I do go about once or twice a yr.

Default meaning, they are not intended for the temps you will encounter at the tracks.

You can use them, but they will be sloppy and faded by the middle of the day.

of course, it all depends on how you drive at the track.

My real question was how much do the wear sensors cost? Is it accurate and worth $25 more? TIA

Default they are built into the pads.....

I know they are not an "EXTRA", but some people ask about them.

you know, people who don't know the S4 like a Mini Pig...

Don't ever use Mintex Red Box pads for track use. It'll be ugly if you do.

Default heh, middle of the day on a track? One minute, on the street :)

Granted for normal street driving they're great, I still use em.
