Taxable HP in Missouri?

Taxable HP in Missouri?
I just registered my S4 in Missouri and it says that the taxable horsepower is 29. Is this correct? I got a different value (20) from a different DMV office in the state and I was wondering what any other S4 owners in MO have on their registration form....I think it only comes out to a $3 difference when renewing the registration each year.
