Just a note to thank AWE for taking a look at my ECU and fixing it so quickly when my local GIAC dealer has been giving me the run around for a month.
For those of you that remember, I had some problems with my X-chip a month ago. The ECU made it to AWE on Monday, and they turned it around and got it back in my hands in 24 hrs. New chip, upgraded software and return shipping for no charge.
That is what I call amazing customer service.
