If not why? If so how do they compare to the s4?
Come to think of it, are there even any other Audis that are biturbo that don't share our same 2.7 engine?

BMW 335/135/X6 and 530d. Skylines. RX-7. Mitsubishi 3000GT. Nissan 300ZX. Saleen S7 (I think). Supra Turbo. Mercedes S/SL/CL 600/65. Rolls Royce Phantom. Bentley Continental. Ferrari F40. Gumpert Apollo. VW Touareg V10. Porsche 911 Turbo/GT2 and Cayenne Turbo/Turbo S. Noble M12 and M15. Can't think of any more.
*Should be the BMW 535d, not a 530d.

Clearly there are a good amount of bi-turbo cars/SUV's what have you. I'm assuming the turbos in each of these cars are unique (i.e. not BW K04's) -- but why is this so? I'm guessing at least partially to thank is the engine size (obviously), but what else? Does design really function in that much (I ask in light of some of the more creative projects seen around here)?

The RX-7, Supra, and 535d are sequential turbos. The others, to my knowledge, are basic twin-turbo setups with one half the exhaust driving one of the two turbos.
*I wrote 530d earlier but I think it has one turbo, not two. The 535d has two.
