Are there any diffrences on the Euro S4 (besides lights)

Well..
The S4s rear bumper has two pieces, the big one that attaches to the car, and the lower valence piece, which is painted. The Euro Bumper is just one piece, and is not fully painted as you can see in the pic

hmmmm....
maybe if the Euro bumper didn't have the blacked out section.. but as it looks, I'd have to say I prefer tha NA bumpers. However, the demarcation point of the two pieces is yet another place for crud to collect.
