are there any issues with spraying my intercoolers with rubbing alcohol instead of distilled h2o?

I used to use water with rubbing alcohol mix for my Eclipse, works well

Default I used 50/50 on my Eclipse also...
but its a real pita to get the spray to hit the intercooler at speed... not quite the same as when the car is standing still. I gave this up because the water/ethanol mix would drip inside my wheel well and make for one heck of a slippery ride.
