Default I'm hoping to try out the solution from the Tech section this weekend...

My speakers aren't blown but they are horrible!
I'm following the tech article (<a href="https://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec2.shtml">Bose replacement</a>) but using a 4 ohm instead of the 8 ohm model mentioned.

We'll see how it turns out and I'll be sure to post my impressions. I'm not expecting a miracle but at this price, it doesn't hurt to try.<ul><li><a href="http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&amp;DID=7&amp;Partnumber=290-351">4 ohm model</a></li></ul>

Default It was a joke. Dynaudio is $$$. Massive overkill for ****ty Blowse system

They're notorious for making non-standard sized speakers. I don't think they sell separates anyways. *sigh* if only i had enough money for a fast car AND nice sounding a/v system.

Default Yes there are... but it escapes me at the moment... search the audio forum...

I think they're Image Dynamics, but i'm not sure. they make a 2 ohm speaker.

Default might want to consider Image Dynamics coaxials...

i know they make a 2ohm coax speaker that should fit in ok. And if its anything like their subs, it'll sound great
