Is there a noticeable difference from the 91 to 93 octane APR chip?

Is there a noticeable difference from the 91 to 93 octane APR chip?
Can this be done on an older chip without ECMS. I just need to purchase the programs to be added, or is it s different chip altogether.

a buddy of mine got the new 93 octane chip (v.3.2 IIRC) and he likes it so much more than the old
code he had. talk to APR about the update. i'm sure it can't cost much at all. you can probably just mail the ecu in and have it updated. if you have access to 93+ octane, go for the latest!

Thanks, I don't have access to 93 but was thinking about the Toulene route, Are there negative
long term effects to doing it this way. From what I understand a gallon will get me to 93. How much of an HP increase is there?
