Default Are there preffered spark plugs for Stage 3 applications
or are the normal plugs good across all stages as it were?

Archives indicate NGK PFR6Q or BCPR7ES-11 or Bosch Platinum +4s??

Default Bosch F5DP0R's work well.
they are an OEM plug from an older audi (RS2 or something?) I always hear speculation as to which one but i forget.

Not sure what that means. It's the one with the fixed gap.

Default well its not that its a "fixed gap" persay but that its a side fire plug and
they are more difficult to gap.

Default audis specs are for a plug that is a range warmer. you can get away with the base gap
FWIW an F5DP0R is equivalent to an 8 range plug for an NGK.
