It is *extremely* easy. Radio removal keys inserted in all four corners
with the short side in. Pull out radio. Voila!

I tried nail files like suggested and no luck.
Can I break something if I push too far in?

Yes, you can break the retainer clips if you push them in too far.

Yes but u gotta take the dash and console apart...i gave the guy at best buy 10 bucks to do it for
me when i thought i broke my clips and he was able to get it out.

My clips were broken during a trim swap-I ripped it out the old fashion way and bought a used one
