is there a special way to install pads so they dont squeal so much im thinkin of buyin hps or bobcat

Default is there a special way to install pads so they dont squeal so much im thinkin of buyin hps or bobcat

they put new stock pads and rotors from audi on my car and they have tried all kinds of stuff to fix them but nothing helped i see hps and bobcats are a good way to go any help on correct installation or little trick to make them quiet thanks

Default Hawk HPS are great. The squeeling could be from the pads not being bedded which should be done if

haven't been done.

who is "they"? some anti-squeal spray on the back of the pads is what i do.

"they" being the dealership that I purchased my used S4 from. I have taken it back 4 times and they can't fix it.

Default dealership . . . no wonder the issue is lingering . . . ;-)

but seriously, try the anti-squeal stuff from the auto parts store. the front pads are super easy to R&R, if you have the stock brakes.

they just ordered me so hps pads so ill install them on monday and use that antisqueal thanks
