is there a specific reason why our cars' resale value worse than BMWs and MBs ??

I've owned 2 virgin cars. It was really nice. The S4 is definately a car worth owning new -&
the largest unknown is how the owner (of a used S4) maintained the car as far as driving habits, TLC, etc.
I was BLESSED to find this car for what I paid!!!
I realized, for me, be patient for what I want - it will show up at a great deal!

Sorry, but I have to disagree. Audi deserves its reliability stigma. I don't know of any Audi line that hasn't had more than its share of electrical or mechanical gremlins. They seem to be well known for fluid leaks. It seems you either get a really good Audi or a bad one and when bad, they are really bad. Where I live Audi's have a really bad reputation. I always run into one time Audi owners. The usual story is they loved to drive the car but just couldn't handle all the problems or the incompetent dealer's service and will never buy another. The only nice thing about it is I may only see two or three other Audis on the road in any year so the cars tend to be unique.
