Is there an upgrade for a MAF

depending on what your running is really what is largely depends on. In the ko4 upgrade kits they use many different setups as well. the s4 sensor, in a larger housing to recalculate the air read by the sensor, or a rs4 maf unit.
I dont know what your plan is, but you can also eliminate the maf all together with some creative electronics. A piggyback computer can convert the other signals off the engine to a singal the maf can read; i guess like a speed density system on some chevy's. Its a popular thing on supra's as well, called a vpc.
All in all you need software to support your maf, and the only way that will happen is upgraded turbos, fueling system, or custom : )

RS4 MAF is all I can think of off the top. Talk to the guys at Achtuning, they'll be of more help.
