with it off, you have to be very careful. I usually manage to get sideways after driving my S for a while and then driving the C with ESP off. Sounds great, deceptively fast. I like the feel of the S more though. I have a B5 S4 Avant bone stock except for suspension and a bone stock C55. WIth your mods and the sedan, your car is probably even in performance and much better in the handling dept than the c55. That being said, I like the options on the C55 a lot. Rear climate vents, dual climate control, auto wipers / lights. The missing dead pedal annoys me and as does the foot parking brake. Unless you want an auto, have you looked at the B6 S4?
