Those with 90mm+ MAF, what did you use to connect it to the y-pipe?

I don't believe the RS4 accordion hose will fit larger MAF housings (I have a 90mm lightning MAF). So I'm curious what people have done to connect the MAF to the y-pipe.
I STFA and found someone that had used what looked like a heavy duty dryer hose, but wanted to see if there were any other options. I looked at silicone reducer hoses, but they appear to have a pretty abrupt reduction in diameter, not to mention after adding a reducer you end up with a pretty sharp bend to make the final connection.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link,
Can you give more details? Because unless I'm missing something (all too likely), I don't see how those will work. 1/2 inch reduction in the space of an inch doesn't look good for airflow. Unless you mean a straight hose will stretch by half an inch, in which case the RS4 accordion would have a little less stretching to do.
