Those with expensive custom wheels, HRE, Fikse etc. rebuilding the wheels

I know you can get parts of the wheels replaced, but what if you spend bucko bucks on a set then get into another vehicle that needs a different offset (spacers won't help). Will one of these manufacturers rebuild your wheels at a discount, or do you simply just sell your custom wheels and order a new set?
Same wheels, just different offset for example old car is a 20mm offset, new car is a 35mm offset (again spacers won't work here).
Just wondering

The thing with Fikse is that the spacers are bolted to the wheels and become part of the wheels. So, it may be possible to put a 15mm spacer. I had 10mm for god sakes.
