I'm sure if what you say is true, Stasis shouldn't have issues with a full refund. From what I hear, their customer service is excellent. Good luck.

No, No. Glad you're helping others out too. It just gets worse by the minute.
I trust StaSIS will make the right judgement here and fix this situation. One way or the other they will probably have to replace the Street Sport kit with another offering. Seeing as though the whistle has been blown on the spring rates and the overpricing of the kit.

Maybe they will give you credit on trade-in for the Track Sport coilovers
Given how your experience with them has been sub-par, they may give you credit and discount the price on the Track Sports. Everyone that has them swears by them and the option to swap out spring rates is very nice. Hope everything work out, man.
