Those that are lowered (talking one finger gap max), can you use rhino ramps for the front?

Not sure about Rhino ramps, but these are great for low cars.

i jack up rear 1st for clearence in the front and place ~6 to8" by 10" blocks w/ stops for each tire
blocks don't fail :-) and by having stops at each end the car won't roll anywhere. i also leave jacks at all 4 'corners' for back up
takes about 10-20 minutes to do by yourself maybe 5 with second person.
you can then easily go under car to do work. also if you need to remove either front or rear wheels its easy to place jackstands and the car is more stable b/c one end is on the ground and the car is not at any significant angle. for engine pulls this helps alot.
