Default I don't like to live my life in fear.

Do Ontario cops have detector detectors?.. Not sure. I don't think so. But I could be wrong. In the worst case, they just take it away.

Default just installed mine left of the rearview mirror. BTW it saved me 4 tickets on the way home Sunday.

there were FOUR speedtraps on the 395 south Sunday evening..

V1 just paid for itself in ONE day.

Consider me a VERY satisfied customer.

btw. mine is hardwired to the fuse box (<a href="https://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec32.shtml">#27</a>), awaiting the Toy_Guy concealed display kit.

Default Passenger Visor; with a twist....

If you slide the visor mount onto the receiver backwards, then you can mount it on the inboard edge of the visor. Doing so brings the unit into the shadows and it "nearly" can't be seen from outside. It sits almost level with the overhead console and looks over the top right edge of the mirror.

Ps. I haven't sprung for the toy-guy mod "yet". My remote unit is velcro'd to the little pocket of trim behind/above the ignition switch. I can just see it over the wiper stalk (when it isn't raining) and from outside it is mostly hidden by the steering column.

Default I have mine under my inspection sticker

This may not be optimal but it works awesome for me in that position. Entirely hidden, no fuss with the shades.
