Default most with a center vent did not bend the plexi at all, however....

most with center vent left it flat:

However, the one person that I do know that formed his, put the plexi (lexan, whatever) in an old toaster oven and then on a soda-type can. This was his result:

Default Actually I did it in a regular oven.......(instructions inside)

put the plexi in the oven on some of that bakers paper on a tray. Now set the oven for ~250 and wait for it to come to temperature. By the time the "up to temperature" light goes off is should be flexible enough to bend. I found a Krylon spray paint can has the same diameter as the vent. Make sure to wear some kind of gloves, it gets hot. I used 1/8 inch tinted plexi. Good Luck!

Default Air from the middle center vent is shared with the left center vent...

So blocking the middle center vent will just make more air come out of the left center vent. It only sucks for people in the back seat, but is better for the driver.

I specifically didn't want to recommend putting an explosive flammable aerosol can in an oven )

Heh... I think it goes over the can AFTER the oven. Aerosol can + hot oven = bad news!!!

Default all 3 are shared, but yes the flapper is shared between the center and the left-center...

One common entry point:

Left and center share flapper:

Default yes indeed - it would be hard to balance it otherwise......YET

I'm sure someone would still misread it and think to put the can in the oven!
