Default 25.5", 225/45-17 S-03s - rubbing in front during sharp turns on bumpy roads

I haven't figured out where I am rubbing. It might be caused by the wide tires. Will roll the fenders soon.

Default will do.. but..

the noise comes from the front and the rear section of the suspension areas- not just the fronts. =/

Default Re: do you get any clunking or "clinking" noises from your suspension?

well, basically "i usually get it while turning moderately hard on turns, however.

furthermore, it doesn't happen just on turns- sometimes the noise comes from when i just accelerate from a dead stop. it kinda reminds me of bone getting dislocated and then relocated back to its normal spot"

just emailed ryan@stasis... hopefully he can help.

Default You guys need to start measuring ride heights from universal chassis points.

either that or add your corner weights to your posts.

Too many guys have rolled fenders, different wheel/tire sizes, etc...

Default You tightened all of your suspension bushing bolts with the suspension compressed right?

Your rear noise could also be from a worn swaybar bushing.

Default just because you can't see any more thread doesn't mean

the spring perches can't go lower. the perches aren't threaded the full length.

Default Re: You guys need to start measuring ride heights from universal chassis points.

wanted to drive the car so bad i didnt have it corner-balanced when i did the alignment.

gonna do it now that im used to this set up and compare.

when i measure the right heights, i line up the tape measure with the rings on my wheel caps so i am measuring from the same place on all four corners, i just point the rings up and down and line up the tape with that, then measure from the edge of the fender to the floor on my shop floor.

this method works on a 8 second comp car, except that car gets scaled and graphed
