TOTALLY AGREE!!!..."JOE" - The Service Mgr Is a JACK-A$$ - YBH Has Had Numerous Complaints...Check
the internet site for VW/Audi dealer complaints. I don't have the link available. I'm sure that someone can post it.

Sorry about the grammar i was...
typing and then cutting and pasting. Sue me for it..Damn. It was late at night and just wanted to pass along my pleasant experience at YBH, for those that don't like Don Rosen.

what's a warranty? what's an Audi dealer? ;)
back when I used dealers, Don Rosen was the worst dealer in the area. HV being the best.
