Default

What about having a seperate on/off switch? When on only actuates under full boost.

Default it would work best to super cool the intercoolers before a run

so you'd have a switch that you hit when you want it.

Default Am I asking for trouble to run a 50 or 75 shot straight into the intake? Mods include:

Full stage 3, hybrids, Mossified.

Default i thought you were talking about misting the IC's?

i'm not a NOS guy in the slightest...so don't ask me about NOS'ing your engine.

Default I was, went to another question. Why does nitrous have such a bad reputation amongst AW users?

Seems like a relatively cost effective way to add more hp when desired.

Default it doesn't have a bad rep necessarily......just use it safely

it's not the best way to obtain hp IMO

Default i agree, nos should be the last resort in gaining last couple horses..

put as being the cheap/unsafe way to do it. fun yes for 20 seconds "weeeee" and that's it.
why true race cars don't have it..hmm
audi is not a dragster..for what nos is mostly ised for .
audi is car that combines a bunch of qualities : good handling, speed, power, practicability. all these can be emphasized by the driver's ability. nos can't really compensate for a bad driver.
that's my 2 cents.

Default N20 if used properly is not harmfull to your engine and in fact is an excellent way to drop intake..

temps. The exspansion from a liquid to a gas when it is injected into the intake tract causes temps to drop as part of the chemical process. The reason why N20 has such a bad name is because it is easy to screw things up by putting in too much hp and blow your engine. IF your vehicle is designed to withstand the hp, the vehicle does not care what type of forced induction you use. If done properly, and you are staying within the power threshold of your components, it is one of the chepaset ways o gain hp on any vehicle
