I was thinking about performing a partial N249 bypass. This could benefit boost/vacuum throttle application smoothness, as in an autcross situation while retaining the ability of the ECU to dump some pressure with the N249.
This could be accomplished in two ways that I can think of:
Easy way: Hook up one BPV to engine vacuum and the other conventionally. Downside is bizarre flow eddys may happen prior to the TB due to the one dumping and then the other.
Hard way: hook up a vacuum actuated check valve to engine vacuum in parallel to the N249. Downside could be tuning the check valve to open at the proper time and it's another point of failure.
Or I could just do the plain old N249 bypass altogether.
Any other ideas?
