Default I have a wishlist item: pedal covers with ramps on the backside.

Something that improves heel-toe but that incorporates something like the stock pedal cover ramps to guide your shoe around to the front of the pedal. I haven't seen anyone do this yet, and you seem to be willing to try new stuff, so maybe you can pull it off.

Default oh i think its doable on an S4, it just wouldnt be pretty.

cut the firewall and put it behind the motor.

or rout it into the cabin and use it as the primary heater during winter. :-p
