Throttle cut/loss on hard cornering in 2nd gear...WTF? Half tank of gas FWIW (long)..
Probably broke traction on all four a tad and drifted just a little bit as I exited the apex of this turn. I was pushing it towards redline in 2nd gear and then I stopped going fast all of a sudden
What are all the different things that can cause this?
Not too sure if this next issue is directly correlated but about 15 minutes later I dropped the clutch at about 4k at a light, all four spun just a bit and then grabbed, my passenger yelled #$%^@#$% and I proceeded to red line jammed it into 2nd really hard (TY Stasis) and then I get total loss of power followed by a flashing CEL. Continued on about 5 minutes going nice and slow out of boost and at the next light I took off pretty easy in first but hit it hard in 2nd through 3rd and everything seemed normal. Jekyll & Hyde??
Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Good point. I'll have to get some help checking for leaks. Still curious as to why heavy G's would
cause this to happen. What the hell would hard cornering have to do with boost going bye bye???
Grrr, **** like this is uber annoying.

Could be a couple of things:
A boost leak that opens at say 20+ PSI so you only see it when you are reaching a higher boost level.
Or during cornering the engine is shifting and causing a hose that is normally OK to become loose and leak some.
Easiest thing to do is pressure test it.

I'm holding boost with no noticeable problems in a straight line. But your theory about the
engine shifting when corning and producing a little leak makes plausable sense to me. If that's the case, that will be a fun one to find.

Aside from another smart-*** reply, what would you guess the TC is caused by under hard cornering?
Have you ever heard of anything like this before? I just remebered a few weeks ago I dropped it from 3rd to 2nd to pass a passing lane hog and when I jerked the steering wheel to the right to begin overtaking the car just fell on its face!?
There's definitely something correlated to my car's boost and turning hard.
I've seen you come up with some good answers and reasons as to why people on here have some of the issues that they have. So w/o codes you're not willing to take a stab at this?
