Default No Sir. Fueling kit is available. Rods are not included. ive been running very fast times on stock

rods and 23 psi. 3.31 Fats. On 91. And my turbos are not production units, and im a good 1,000 RPM spool handicap )

Default by the time you get done with fueling, and tuning, and the rods, and the more expensive

clutch that your going to need to run that sort of power hard... You will be close.

If your not going to run it hard, then whats the point? : )

Default you can run 3.31 with an OTS ko4 kit? I just dont see a point to alot of this gt stuff.

from what ive seen, they arent the best at doing good 1/4 mile et's. They arent good down low.. Pretty much just from a roll?

You can realy pump them hard unless you build the motor.. but you pay twice as much as you would if you home brewed a ko4 kit..

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion though, and I respect that.

Default So we're talking about mods for big power, not the specific turbos you choose, right?

Weather you do it with K03s or K04s, RS6s, TiALs, or manifolds and GTs, you need power to get to a given level of performance with a given level of reliability, so unless you do it with tremendous weight reduction a'la BBB, you'll need supporting mods, (rods and a clutch), to get there, no? There's little to no headroom in the big power K04/Hybrid cars, and a bunch in the TiALs. Just as K04s have gotten faster over months and years, I believe the limits have been found. With the new breed of kits, (RS6 and beyond), we've got a new horizon. S4s are getting to be much less expensive, and with that, the potential is growing.

We actually agree here, and as "bigger than K04 turbos" go, the TiAL kit is priced VERY well. I believe it will prove to be one of the most price/performance competitive options available in the long run.

ironically i dont think aftermarket manifolds will work. the actuator gets in the way

Default The turbos may need to be slightly reclocked...

There's a car being assembled now that has aftermarket manifolds on it. The turbos were slightly reclocked, and I'm told that they work fine.

Jonathan can provide details.
