ticking engine sound...possibly oil weight change?

Default ticking engine sound...possibly oil weight change?
i have got my car running, and had the oil changed to 0w-30 amsoil. There is now a engine ticking sound, from the drivers side cylinder head area. It goes away a little when the engine is running for a while. I dont think it is nothing major, but when its was just started the noise was kinda scary.
Could it just be the oil weight, or something else?

Default Lots of valves. I'd say your assumption about the oil wieght is correct.
mine is ticky too.

yeah mines kinda ticky too hear it on idle every once in a while

I had ticking with Royal Purple 5w30. Never had it with M1 0w40.

Same here too.... went back to Amsoil, ticking went away
