Default Time to play everyone's favorite game, Name the broken part!

I found it while cleaning my door jams, It was poking out of the drip opening at the lower corner of the driver's door. I had to extract it with pliers, I didn't do any more damage to it. It's broken to a small extent, like some little tabs came off.

Sorry for the poor quality pics

My only guess its some kind of slide for the window glass, keeping it from rattiling when down or something. I've had no noises or any problems with the door. I know it's been like that for awhile as last time I saw it, it shot back into the door when I tried to grab it. Some hard launches brought it back to where I could get it

Default I only see one green piece inside the door...

Not sure exactly what it is though...

I think those are the power window connectors that are hanging in front of it.

Default Slide the rail covers off the front of the seat, there are 2 of those

You will see a black bolt that needs to be removed. Do not use power tools and use liquid wrench to saturate it since there is a ton of lock-tite. Unplug the seat from the bottom. Pull the seat forward. Go to the back and take the screws off the back under the plastic covers. Get a huge flat head and use it as a guide on the inside rail so it doesn't turn on you. Get help from a friend and push back and up. Lift the seat out through the back door.
