are you saying to use or not use liquid wrench? I was a little confused by your wording. I assume not, as it's pointless against lock tite?
When you say pull the seat forward after you unplug it, do you really mean to force it forward as opposed to using the power controls (which I assume you just disconnected in the previous step)
What am I doing with the big screwdriver? What do you mean "turn on me"?

after you unplug the seat, there is no more power so the seat can mover freely but make sure it is in the most upright and high position. The seat can move back and forth manually since you unbolted the 2 front anchors.
The end of the seat rail, or actually the beginning when you see it from the back, you will see a grey flat square that can actually spin. You want to keep that stationary as possible when lifting out the seat. The flat head is to help you clear it out of the carpeted area. Once you get to that point, it will all make sense.
