is that on high load upshifting in tip mode or all the time?

Just cruising in 3rd at that speed. Can't tell if it's wheels/tires, maybe nothing.

Default iust wondering...if you are "cruising" shouldn't you be in a higher gear? never heard or
experienced that problem though...

Yeah kind of.. But it's not long-term cruising, on twisty parkways and stuff

Default Wheel balance is very sensitive to accumulated crap inside....
when you wash it off from the outside it upsets the balance when you don't remove all the crap.
It doesn't take much so check the inside of the wheels and thoroughly clean the groove near the inside lip.

Just an idea. Worked for me the other day.
