Are tiptronic and manual steering wheels interchangeable? How about TT steering wheels, do they fit?

Are tiptronic and manual steering wheels interchangeable? How about TT steering wheels, do they fit?
I know Tip cars have the buttons on the steering wheel but if you were to remove them would it be a straight fit on a manual car or is the area around the buttons somehow different rendering the 6 speed airbag useless? Also, do TT's have the same hub? Will a TT steering wheel bolt right up to our cars. Just working on some things and wondering. Let me know if you got any info.

I know the TT wheel will work but you will need a new airbag module. Not sure if the 6-spd. airbag
will work on a Tip wheel. Looks like the Tip buttons were put on to fill in the space left by the rest of the 6-speed airbag, but I'm just guessing on that.
