Just got off the phone with ZF industries..
Apparently some company they bought called 'Sacks' makes the torque converters. Will have to call them to find out some info. Does anyone have the 3 Digit code from the rear where the space tire is? They are going to need that piece of info.

Just b/c peak torque is at 3200RPM doesn't mean you won't get better performance numbers with a higher stall... Even on my stock car if I launch at 6kRPM compared to 4500RPM, I cut more than 0.1s from my 60' time.
In general with the higher HP in the top end, you will most likely get a better 60' time with a nice and loose stall with a high STR. The only real exceptions I know of would be in Mustangs where the older ones really lose the steam up top and you can actually go way too big of a stall...
I know guys in LS1's that have 5200RPM stall speeds and their cars redline at 6kRPM. They run real low 12's though with just a stall and simple bolt ons.
