Tire Recommendation for 19" BBS CH?
Hey Guys -
Need to get a new set of tires for my recently-repaired 19" CHs... bought the wheels & current tires from an A6 owner who had Nitto NT555s in the size of 235/35 ZR19... I like the tires & the aggressive look but I have a hunch they are too wide for the B5 S4... seem to be OK w/the fenders rolled, but I'd like to know if there is a more logical choice.
I also need to order a new wheel from Tire Rack, & they don't sell Nittos, but I want to one-stop-shop everything.
I live in San Francisco, mostly drive in the city (lots of potholes so extra sidewall may be welcome)... never drive in the snow & rarely in rain so I definitely want a high-performance summer tire.
BTW, suspension is H&R sport springs + Billsteins... very low.
So, need a good tire & size suggestion (and yes I now realize I should switch to 18"s & coilovers... ugh)... Thanks!
