Default TIRE'd of the noise

The Pirellis on the S4 seem to make a lot of noise after just a few thousand miles, and after rotation. Loud singing and humming noises. Anyone have suggestion for better replacement tires?

Default Are you looking for all season or summer tires?

Goodyear DS-G3. Do the research. I have them in 225/40/18. Very nice.

Default Re: TIRE'd of the noise

I have the same noise but I don't think it's the tires. I've noticed I have "cupping" or "dipping" wear on my front tires. Each part of a thread (on both edge of the tire, not the middle) is worn down and the next one is not. Very evenly too! Do you see this on yours? I've read that this might be a suspension problem.
