Tire Rack screwed up on me too....
they had a "tech" who couldn't understand that it DID matter which side I was putting my new wheel/tire on (bent one), to have the tire mounted the right direction! (Potenza S-03) ....so after 50/50 chance of getting it right, it was wrong. had to have it remounted, send them the bill, re-credited to card! SUCKED!
