Default today i just got around turning the airbag light off with the new Sparco steering wheel

I bought a sparco wheel , and i had to do something about the airbag light. someone posted that if the light is on ,non of the airbags will go on .. i am not sure of that, and i certainly never want to find out
my friend Eric got me a pack of five 10ohm resistors from radio-shack (part number 271-1101).
we measured the resistance of the airbag itself (after taking it off and cutting the wires) and it was bouncing between 2.xx-3.xx ohms.
for the light to go off (code cleared with vag) and not come back up 3 resistors (=3.33 OHM) need to be put in PARALLEL (II) between the only 2 wires for the airbag (brown and blue), tape it all up (make sure everything stays connected in there) and it's done .

Default Hey alex you know how to disable the airbag for the seats? I have my new seats in, but can't get the

light off. If you can help me out sometime that would rock.

Default 5 ohm for that (only 2 resistors) put them in parallel and clear the code

it should not come back .
