Default Took off my bellypan and found oil coating everything. What's happening?

Smelled burning oil earlier this week. Oil level is still ok but obviously it's leaking quite a bit.

Default uhhh, you have a major coolant leak and a blown cv joint...

as well as maybe some sort of cam-tensioner seal leak/valve cover gasket leak.

You're leaking oil, coolant and have a torn CV boot.

Default Yeh I know about the CV joint and the coolant is from dying pump. Oil leak is new though

Had my cam tensioner seal done about 30k ago.

Yeh the other pics are for enjoyment value. Any ideas on the oil leak specifically?

Default I have the same problem with the oil leak

It's a very very very slow leak like you (oil in same place). Looks like there's a black plastic pump or something on the driver's side that you can only see from underneath. I believe this is where my oil is slowly leaking from (and onto about half of the oil pan). I haven't noticed my oil level dropping however. Your COOLANT leak is BAD! Probably afterrun coolant pump under intake manifold. Fix that CV boot ASAP so you don't have to replace the joint. Possibly look into a rebuilt axle...

Rebuilt Axles

Default your auxillary waterpump is leaking (i am a broken record) you can relocate via the TSB or just

replace it, you can use the part numbers from the tech article and get them from 1stVWparts for under 100 bucks
