Default not a clue, honestly.... the car has never seen a dyno.
FWIW... i've only been to the drag strip once since the brids, and it did 122mph on 93 oct.

if the T-stat were stuck open....how would the temp rise back up once its fallen?

My car did this under warranty. I remember the part they replaced was like $40. Relax

Thats just the parts cost... the motor needs to come out to replace it.
