Default Torque Converter stuck...easy fix???

I have an X-chip...well had, just reprogrammed it to an S-chip the other day and put my stock back in. My CEL came on awhile ago and finally got the car vagged and it said the Torque converter was stuck.

I can definitely notice the difference because the power is just all over the place. Is this gonna be something the dealership can easily fix...I'm taking her in on the 2nd.

Stuck? Wouldn't that keep the car from starting?

Default Stuck engaged, car dies when you go to stop. Stuck out (slipping, doesn't lock ) bad fuel economy,

slightly higher cruising rpms.

Default Well torque converter fixed itself, but...

the other check engine light was the exhaust temperature and it was too high. I got a VM3, any ideas for the cause of this and how to keep it from happening again?
