Track only... what will be the recommend tire pressures (HOT) on NT-01 235/40/18 for our cars?

is what I've always been tought. Put a chalk line on the edge of your tread and over onto the sidewall. Run a few laps and come back in and check where the chalk is off. If you are not using all your tread block, take a little air out, if you are using all the tread and rolling over onto the sidewall, add a little.

I've found that cold 32F/34R heats up to around 40-42 depending on the track....
and that seems to be a good place. I've only run this tire size once, though, and so I'll probably be experimenting some more.
