Default Apparently I'm just out of my element in these trap talks so I'll stop now.

Feel free to carry on without me and sorry to all for spreading misinformation.

I'm looking forward to my 111 MPH trap speed on pump gas.

Default I'd like to go and I've been trying to get locals to go with me for quite a while now.

I stopped really pushing the idea for a bit, but will start up again to maybe get a trip out there before they close for the year.

Default BTW, I think we too often see numbers from those that are some of the better values...

whether it's at the Drags, FATS, or Dynoing, the values that are most often posted are of the upper percentages. This dilutes people's reference point as they are only seeing these great numbers and then when they test their own car, they are disappointed - when in reality it's probably on par with similar cars.

Anyway, just some commentary that I've especially noticed about FATS times.

Default How far away? You can go by yourself, you know ;-)

I do that most often, and end up meeting other Audi owners there that I had no idea were going to show, etc. If I waited for others, I might only go once a year. At the same time, I can understand when it's fun to have a bunch. However, too many can get boring as it's tiresome to see the same car racing the same car over and over...

Default Over an hour away. It's an area I'm not familiar with so much and local friend knows the area well.

Plus going with a friend would make it that much more fun.

Default Certainly

Go to the link below and make your window wide so each entry is one row tall - makes it easier to view...

http://ctny.audiworld.com/mark/s4/drags/</a
