Default you seem to not fully understand what was reportedly stolen.

ECU software is a small part of the claim. The real issue is the developed software tool used to create ECU software, which APR claims Frank Dudel took with him on his laptop. That tool was developed at APR, by APR, making it proprietary to the company.

Default You seem to skim over the fact that the reason Revo has diesel programming is because they

licensed it from another tuner. If you actually READ the documents you'd see the copies of emails from REVO to APR asking if it would be ok to sell this 3rd party diesel tuning as APR until APR has an opportunity to do their own diesel tuning to which Brett said no fvcking way. They weren't willing to risk their name on some random companies diesel programming...yet REVO went ahead and sold it anyhow.

It's a very dirty situation...if you're only going to read one document, read Brett's deposition for the British Court...it pretty much lays it all right out there with copies of emails and everything.

Regards,

James R.
