Bad module. Try just clearing the faults and see how long they stay off. You may get lucky.

Default "Internal Control Module Memory Error"

That seems to be your common denominator. Agree with S4-KGH...reset codes, and if they come back, find out where the control module is, and replace it.

Default Open up the box...

sometimes the culprit is entirely obvious and easily fixed (a la ABS module and ignition amplifier failures). Other times it's not so easy...but it costs you nothing to look and see.

Default None.

But if you pull up the floormats and notice the carpet is wet...I'd bet money the module is on the floor somewhere! :-P

Default It's a PITA, iirc. The radio, climate control and ashtray have to come out. It basically sits

under the radio in the center trans tunnel.
