Default Trying to learn what wears on my clutch

When I come up to a stop is it alright to press the clutch all the way down and then use the break to stop? Will that wear on the clutch at all?

Default That's fine, but don't sit at lights with the clutch depressed.

Shift to Neutral, and let the clutch pedal out. I believe it's better for the throwout bearing to do that.

Default Although it is safer as if you are rear ended, your car will stop. If you have it in neutral, your

car will roll forward since you won't be holding the brake down.
