I don't dispute that my car is faster at stage 3 then it was before. If i was a half decent driver, i'd get some good 1/4mile times too but the fact is we are not getting what we are being told we are getting. APR claims 419? My pump program maxed out at 250...i don't care what conversion you use thats insane. Didn't AWE claim 430 on the new x chip? And their car gets 315 on that dyno which comes out to about 400 even. AMS said 425, well 425 and 285 are a long drive train loss apart. I know this is the begining of k04 tuning, I know things will get better. but for god's sake, please be f@cking honest with us! I am shelling out hard earned money on my car and woudl like to honestly know what I'm getting. So is my car right now on pump gas as fast as a stage 2+ on race? maybe so, maybe so. but at least TELL US! Hell that's not a bad start to be at considering our cars get much faster with the race gas in there but at least don't have us walking up to people saying "yah my s4 is making 420 at the crank" when 380 is more likely! I just think this is a load of horse **** and I am really really angry about it.

I had a Mustang Cobra with 385 at the rear wheels. I know the smile :)
Got tired of getting stopped all the time by the cops. And by every high school kid with underdrive pulleysa nd a K&N wanting to race....

hell and I won't deny the AMS one is better then the APR and it kept up with
awe's car through 3rd but still it's far from what I'd like to see and at least with my apr chip I know race gas will help a ton where as the AMS we have yet to see...but I will try on wed.

I think APR has to take most of the blame for this. They were....
the first ones to release a K04 kit. They advertised 415HP on pump gas.
What would happen to the next two tuners if they puplished honest numbers. They would not sell one kit.
APR is currently working on the stage 3 software. They better come out with a ringer or this will be the final death blow for them.
