Default A couple things.

The injectors you have are plenty, the 60lb are overkill. So your dyno operator is correct about that. Have you logged your correction Factors and Knock sensor readings? Have you ever changed your fuel filter? Did the dyno guy measure the A/F ratio with a wideband? If no logging has been done and no A/F ratios have been verified, then guessing is the only thing that will happen. You need to start gathering data or you will just chase your tail. Like they said though, I would contact ASP for suggestions, OTS kits are generally conservative, hence the fact they tend to be slower at the track than their demo cars.

As for a spike that high, your N75 valve is most likely going bad. Change it or get a manual boost controller and hook it up in parallel to clip the spike.

Hope this helps. You need to get the scientific data before preceeding or you can guess forever and keep throwing stuff at it. your call.

Default With an air/fuel mixture like that, do not go out and do WOT logs for ASP. That's dangerous.

I'd check all hardware and make sure there's nothing wrong with the car. Off the shelf ASP K04 software should not have an air/fuel mixture like that.

That is not what off the shelf ASP software is supposed to do. That's a lot of boost on K04s.

Default Too late. I've got a WB and X and I'm still safe I feel.

I'm trying to post up some runs from last night. Give me a minute. I'm not running that level of boost. I'm barely hitting 23 tapper to 19 or so. Still, you'll see that it does go waaaay rich in the mid range and then leans out up top, which is obviously not good :-(

I need to get in touch with Frank soon. In the mean time I'm running around with the N75 un hooked to keep me at super safe boost levels.

DM-S4s car was doing the same exact thing iirc. it was a leaky wastegate hose.

Going real rich in the mid-range and then leaning out a bit up top is safer than Jeff4kS4's AFR.
