Turbos

Is it true that Audi recommends replacing the turbos a 75k miles. Just had someone tell me that and I couldn't believe it.

That's a new one on me! ....turbos should last the life of the car (more or less).

Not Audi or Porsche turbos (something to do w/ water cooling) Saab turbos are a different story.
