Why do I have a feeling these are done with the Robot Welding facilities used by FullRace?

I didn't see any schedule stuff on there site, ask them if they can bend 1.75-2 inch tight radius.. I have a 300,000 sqft shop here with roughly 40-50 mandrel machines of all styles and sizes where talking million dollars benders. i will ask them if they can't do it no body can...

There not done by a robotic welder there done by hand, and has nothing to do with full-race.. There also done in Michigan, whys it so hard for people to believe that good work can't exist. This is nothing new here in Detroit for some of you it is, so naturally you think theres all these angles but I'm being straight forward.. maybe I will take a pic of it being done by hand also the kid is 23 years old that does the work...

Just because you guys r used to looking at what's been shown to you and thinking it was good doesn't mean when the real thing comes along theres all these hidden angles... If a weld is ground you can clearly tell because it would be discolored and you would loose the rainbow color.. There r not touched nor ever will be.. Its called proper welding thats all

What you seen is the real numbers thats how..please remember your talking about 22lb rs4 turbos to 25-27lb rs6 turbos, how much power do you think is there. You talking about 80chp over the rs4.. Right it is all relative and there way to many tricks that can be done on the dyno also.. Please remember this is a very large business and most businesses rely on what you the consumer sees on the dynos. Call Vast and see what they say about hp on pjrs6ss or Jhm

I'm sorry theres no one that has ever seen 40-60whp on rs4/rs6 hybrids the number is more like 10-15whp if any.. This has been shown time and time again...

Default You are wrong man. I saw 50whp difference on people running rs6/k04s

they were on the same dyno, same day as me, we have pretty much the same mods and he had hybrids.

But was it the same car? You can have the same exact mods, same everything and still have variances.

The stock manifold is so restrictive it's sick.. The stocker hurts everything from spool to hp. Put some air through 1 runner and see where it goes, it doesn't hardly come out where the turbo sits, it all comes out the other 2 runners which is backing up towards the head which is one of the worst thing that can happen to turbocharged car. This is amplified a ton when you add a turbocharger and heat...
