Default Turn signal relay?

So we just bought an 05 Jetta for my wifes daily driver. I nifty little feature is the turn signal that when bumped once, flashes 3 times automatically (not sure what they call it). Just wondering if this would be a relay that I could retrofit on to the S4?
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Default Many BMWs have that. Not sure it's all that useful. I think 3 times is not sufficient under any

circumstances.

Default there is a factory retrofit for the passat which may work for us.

I have the PDF instructions for it, and the partnumber is <b>000 998 229 A</b>

ive been meaning to buy it and try it, if someone else gets to it first, thats fine.

What S4gasm is referring to is an aftermarket module which is grafted into the wiring.

i've been interested in the OEM solution, which i found vw did for the passat.

Default Komfortblinker. $100, some say it's silly, but I love it. You can set it to 3,4 or 5 blinks.

Let me know if you need more info...

Installs fairly easy, although you have to pry off the hazard relay trim which is a bear.

Fairly quick easy splices... although my wires were colored differently from what the instructions said. I gambled and used the "A6" instructions and works fine.

Standard on all 2003+ Audis, I believe.

I think I bought it from TechReactions, and their link is now to a German site...

<a href="http://www.zusatzinstrumente.de/htm/b3/prod.htm"> Hope you know german... </a>

But that's definately it... it splices in to your hazard relay.

The other option, which also sounds familiar is Kafutec...

They seem to have changed/updated their website, so there's not a whole lot of detail right now, but STFA for Komfortblinker and/or Kufatec....

Good Luck!<ul><li><a href="http://www.kufatec.de/shop/product_info.php/info/p756_Komfort-Modul---Komfortblinker-Blinker-1x-antippen---3x-blinken.html">Komfortblinker</a></li></ul>
